Turkey Burgers
Add ground turkey, salt, pepper, and paprika to a medium size bowl. Stir with wooden spoon until combined.
Form into four equal sized patties and place on a plate (not a paper towel or napkin) and place in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Add Mazola Corn Oil to frying pan and warm up for a few minutes. Once pan is hot, add chilled turkey burgers and cook on first side for 5 minutes.
Flip, flatten slightly, and cook for at least another 5 minutes. Continue cooking (and flipping, if needed) until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Remove from pan and add to whole wheat bun with sriracha "mayo" and jalapeno slaw. Enjoy!
Jalapeno Slaw
Add slaw mix and jalapeno together in a large bowl. MIx til combined.
In a separate, small bowl, add greek yogurt, Mazola Corn Oil, cilantro, salt and pepper and stir til combined.
Pour greek yogurt mixture over slaw mixture until fully coated. Add additional slaw mix, if desired.
Sriracha "Mayo"
Whisk greek yogurt, sriracha, and salt together until combined.
