Jalapeno Cranberry Jam
This cranberry jam is perfectly balanced with caramelized onions, fresh jalapeños and balsamic vinegar. It's wonderful on top of burgers!

olive oil

Cape Cod Select Premium Frozen Cranberries
thawed

sweet onions
chopped

teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper

fresh jalapeno
chopped
1/4
cup
honey

balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Add olive oil to non-stick pan and heat for a few minutes. Add chopped onions and salt, cook for about 30 minutes until desired caramelization.
Add the honey, cranberries, jalapeños, and black pepper and cook for another 25-30 minutes until the berries are broken down and jam-like.
Add balsamic and stir for another 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan and dollop on top of cheeseburgers while still slightly warm!
Notes
You can prepare this in advance and then warm slightly for burgers. It should stay good in a glass jar or container for 2-3 days in the fridge.
