3scoopsPeach Velvet Ice Cream
1 1/2 ouncesBourbon
8ouncesRoot Beer

Instructions
Prepare brulee peach by slicing a few pieces off the peach, set in a cast iron skillet then sprinkle with sugar. Using a culinary torch, caramelize the sugar on top of the peach until desired toastiness. Set aside.
Add scoops of ice cream to chilled glass. Top with bourbon then root beer. Finish on with another scoop of ice cream!
