This winter sangria mocktail recipe is incredibly simple to make, absolutely delicious, and filled with fruit like pears, cranberries, oranges, and raspberries! It's perfect for a small crowd or just for one.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 6oz can pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 pear diced
  • 1 orange cut into 8 wedges
  • 1/2 - 1 cup ginger ale

Instructions

  • Add cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and fruit to a pitcher. Stir to combine. Place in the fridge for at least one hour.
  • When ready to serve, add ginger ale and stir to combine. Pour into serving cups with fruit and add more, if desired for garnish.

Notes

This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled! Just make sure you have a large enough carafe or pitcher to accommodate the ginger ale topping.
