Fruit Salad
First, cut the pineapple top, bottom and sides off. Turn pineapple on its' side and cut into circular pieces, about 1 1/2 inches thick. Using desired cookie cutter shape, cut pineapple into shape. Then, chop remaining pieces of pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
Next, cut the sides off the cantaloupe. Again, cut into 1 1/2 thick, long pieces and use cookie cutters into desired shape. Chop remaining pieces into bite-sized pieces.
Cut mangoes and do the same with the cookie cutters, chopping remaining pieces into bite sized pieces.
Chop strawberries into bite sized pieces.
Combine all bite sized pieces together and set aside cookie cutter pieces.
Layer bite sized pieces in personal bowls then top with a dollop of fresh whipped cream. Assemble cookie cutter pieces on top of whipped cream and enjoy!
Whipped Cream
Freeze mixer bowl and whisk for 10 minutes.
Pour heavy whipping cream, vanilla and sugar in mixing bowl.
Mix on level 6 for 4-5 minutes until soft peaks form. You'll know it's ready when you can remove the whisk, hold it upside down and it stays put.
