Ingredients

  • 1 packet McCormick®  ONE Seasoning Mix - Beef Stir Fry
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil divided
  • 1 pound skirt steak sliced thinly
  • 3-4 cups fresh peppers and onions chopped

Instructions

  • Mix water, soy sauce and McCormick®  ONE Seasoning Mix - Beef Stir Fry in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  • Heat 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set on plate or in bowl while you prepare veggies.
  • Add chopped veggies to skillet with the additional Tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until tender-crisp.
  • Stir sauce mixture in bowl to combine again. Add to skillet with veggies. While stirring constantly, bring to a boil on medium heat. Once boiling, add beef back into skillet. Cook for another minute or two, until sauce is thickened.
  • Serve with rice or on its own!

Notes

You can also use flank steak instead of skirt steak.
