Easy One Pan Dinner Beef Stir Fry

Okay, who is ready for a super easy ONE pan dinner that is also pretty darn delicious? I imagine you are all audibly saying “I am, I am!” Well, thanks to our friends at McCormick®, you can now find their ONE Seasoning Mixes at your local Meijer (our fav grocery store).

It’s really important to us to try and make homemade dinners as often as possible, but uh, hello busy life! Luckily, with these seasoning mixes – it’s super easy to make a homemade meal for our family.

McCormick® is using the phrase “Make Homemade Happen More” and I’m kinda in love with that sentiment. I mean, it’s why we have The Beard and The Baker!

McCormick® ONE Seasoning Mixes come in tons of varieties but we selected the Beef Stir Fry Skillet (because, yum). We loved this one so much that we are definitely going back to Meijer to grab a few other mixes like the Southwest Chicken Skillet and the Glazed Salmon. Did we mention they retail for $1.99?!

Easy dinner cleanup makes every parent (and person) happy.

Not only is cleanup a breeze, so is the prep work for this tasty one pan dinner. We used sweet peppers and onions as our veggies and skirt steak for the beef so all you have to do is chop those up. Then, you mix the Beef Stir Fry seasoning with water and soy sauce.

There is no need to add any additional spices because these mixes create super flavorful meals with the perfect blend of McCormick® spices. There is also no MSG and no artificial flavors which is a win too!
