This January, there will be a brand new Girl Scout cookie to buy! The Raspberry Rally™ is a thin, crispy cookie infused with raspberry flavor and dipped in a delicious chocolaty coating and we got the chance to try it before cookie season!
I love love love Girl Scout cookies. My favorites are Thin Mints (cold, always) and Tagalongs. I’ve been known to hide boxes just for myself.
But, there is a new contender! The brand new Girl Scout cookie is called the Raspberry Rally™ and it is a thin, crispy cookie infused with raspberry flavor and dipped in a delicious chocolaty coating.
It has a lot of similarities to a Thin Mint but it’s raspberry flavor inside! While it’s delicious on its’ own, it is a perfect pairing cookie! I highlight recommend making your mom stash when your local Girl Scout Troop is selling them then pairing them with your favorite red wine.
Mom jokes aside, the Girl Scouts are an amazing organization who help to instill an entrepreneurial spirit in young girls. “Over 7,000 girls typically participate in the Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland cookie program, and last year, they sold over one million packages.”
That’s a lot of cookies and a lot of hard work! I bet with this new Raspberry Rally™ cookie, they’ll definitely surpass their goals from last year.
