I will find any excuse to eat a King’s Hawaiian roll. But, the best way to eat one is with a slice of grilled pineapple and grilled bbq chicken thighs. Seriously, it’s delicious and super easy – two of my favorite components for family dinner! These Hawaiian chicken sliders only have four ingredients:

  • chicken thighs
  • King’s Hawaiian rolls
  • pineapple
  • bbq sauce

I can’t believe how delicious these little chicken sliders are – like I knew they would be tasty but the lightly sauced and grilled chicken with the suuuuper tasty pineapple makes for an addicting little sandwich. Seriously, I ate like four and didn’t even realize it.

When you make chicken sliders, you can eat more because they are tiny … it’s like Timbits. #facts

In case you were wondering about our love for King’s Hawaiian rolls – we were finished eating and Joel goes “well, our 18 pack now has 4 left.” So, you could say that we they didn’t last long in our household.
