This five minute caramel apple snickers salad is the yummiest no bake dessert! We always have it at our family gatherings, it’s a true crowd pleaser.

Homemade Caramel Apple Snickers Salad.

What is caramel apple snickers salad?

This delicious and easy 5-minute dessert is seriously delicious. I’ve had it at just about every family gathering since I was a child. Because us Midwesterners love a good “salad” that is actually devoid of any type of leafy green.

The ingredients for caramel apple snickers salad are pretty simple.

  • Cool Whip
  • Snickers
  • Green Apples
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Ground Cinnamon

There are many variations to this easy dessert, but this recipe is my favorite. Here are some versions with cream cheese or pudding. I’ve also heard people call this a “fluff” salad and I’m really into that description.

How to make caramel apple snickers salad?

Welp, it’s pretty easy. You dice some green apples (only use green apples!) and then mix the other ingredients together. Ta-da!

I would put your Cool-Whip in the fridge though, so it’s not totally frozen. You want it to be slightly soft so it can mix easier.

You can mix the caramel sauce in the whole salad or you can just drizzle on top once you are ready to serve. I support either of these options.

How long does caramel apple snickers salad last?

You can prepare your “healthy” salad (hehe) the night before then cover and let it hang in the fridge. It will stay yummy for at least 3 days in your fridge. I know because I kept eating bites straight from our fridge for 3 days.

Variations of this perfect salad.

While I think that this caramel apple snickers salad is pretty darn lovely as is, here are some really tasty ways to make something similar.

  • Use Reese’s Cups instead of snickers with dark chocolate drizzle instead of caramel sauce.
  • Swap Twix for Snickers. It’d be like cookies in there too, yum.
  • Flavored Cool Whip’s like cookies n’ cream, cinnamon, or chocolate!

If you whip up this caramel apple snickers salad or any of the above variations, make sure you tag us on social – especially over on Instagram!

The apple snickers salad is definitely the star of the show. But, if you want some other recommendations on some solid desserts to bring to your next shindig, we have you covered.

  • Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes. I don’t even typically like cheesecake and I LOVE these little guys. They are the perfect bite and even though they are pumpkin, they would be welcome all year round.
  • Chocolate Dipped Pretzels. These little bites are SO easy to make and can be made for any holiday thanks to festive sprinkles.
  • Peppermint Mocha Cupcakes. These might be just as good as an actual peppermint mocha. Drink one WITH these cupcakes and you’ll be in holiday heaven.

Good question! 2 full sized bars or 6-8 small ones would be perfect!
