Biscuits N’ Porn – A Stunning Visit in Outer Banks

Biscuits N’ Porn is my number one recommended restaurant in Outer Banks. It’s in a gas station on the side of the road, filled with locals and the best breakfast around this beach town.

This might seem a little NSFW with a title like Biscuits N’ Porn, but I promise it’s an innocent post about some delicious biscuits in Outer Banks. Well, in a gas station in Outer Banks. Trust me, you want to visit here.

Don’t worry, the inside of the gas station (restaurant?) was just like every other gas station, no dirty pictures littered the wall. It’s just home to the delicious spot Biscuits N’ Porn. Feel free to bring the whole family, unless you don’t want to share your biscuits. 

Here is their whole menu. I actually wanted to order it all. We stopped there in the AM and there was a line of about 6 people in front of us and more coming in the door.

They were also getting phone orders. I’m going to go out on a limb and say it’s not the tourists who stop here, but the locals who know this little secret spot the best. 

I’m actually not sure why I didn’t get these cinnamon rolls too while at Biscuits N’ Porn. Oh, maybe because I had already eaten this butter laden biscuit and probably didn’t need more carbs in my life.

To the right are some of the protein options you can get including sausage, fried chicken, ham, and bacon. 

Oh yeah and there are CHEESE TOPPED biscuits too. In addition to the slice of cheese you can get on your breakfast sandwich. If there is a place like this in Columbus, I expect someone to tell me immediately. 

There it is. The best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever eaten and you guys know I love my breakfast sandwiches. I’m 99% sure there is at least one stick of butter inside of this biscuit, which is exactly how they should be made.

Also, this place is crazy inexpensive. We got two biscuit sandwiches, one biscuit, a side of breakfast potatoes and two drinks for $13. That’s amazing. Sometimes “cheap” food is the best food. 

 I love these kind of breakfast potatoes. They are a pure form of potato that taste best when smothered in a thin hot sauce and a little salt and pepper. They are super easy to recreate at home too! 

There you have it. The best biscuits in Outer Banks and quite possibly anywhere we’ve been. Do yourself a favor and stop at Biscuits N’ Porn when you are in town then bring a biscuit sandwich back to us.
